  • Services include: job board, CV builder, salary transparency tools, tax and financial calculators, staffing and EOR services, business consulting, and community features.
  • Some features require account registration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Job Listings & Applications

  • Job listings on atinatin are curated from multiple sources and may include third-party postings.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing.
  • atinatin is not a party to any employment agreement between job seekers and employers.
  • We are not responsible for the conduct of employers or job seekers using the Platform.
  • Employers posting jobs are responsible for ensuring their listings comply with applicable employment laws.

5. Employer Terms

  • Employers and companies posting jobs or using staffing services must provide accurate company and role information.
  • Job postings must not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Paid job postings are non-refundable once published unless there is a platform error.
  • We reserve the right to remove any job posting that violates our policies.

6. Financial Tools & Information

  • Tools such as the Tax Calculator, Currency Converter, and Financial Calculators are provided for informational purposes only.
  • Results are estimates and should not be construed as professional financial, tax, or legal advice.
  • Always consult a qualified professional for financial or tax decisions.
  • atinatin Capital services are subject to separate terms and eligibility requirements.

7. User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, CVs, descriptions).
  • By submitting content, you grant atinatin a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and use your content for the purpose of providing the Platform's services.
  • You must not submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.
  • We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • You may not use the Platform to: scrape or harvest data without permission; post false or misleading job listings; impersonate any person or entity; distribute spam or unsolicited communications; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on atinatin are owned by Atinatin Global Ltd. or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, atinatin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, where Atinatin Global Ltd. is incorporated.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
